Anleitung Guest-Additions

  1. Insert the Guest Additions CD imageWith the VM running, go to the VirtualBox Manager menu bar (or the VM window if you’re not fully headless): Devices > Insert Guest Additions CD Image. This mounts a virtual CD (vboxadditions.iso) inside the VM — it doesn’t open anything visually since there’s no GUI in the guest.

  2. Install build prerequisites in DebianSSH into the VM and run: sudo apt update && sudo apt install -y build-essential dkms linux-headers-$(uname -r) perl These are required to compile the Guest Additions kernel modules against your running kernel.

  3. Mount the CD image and run the installersudo mkdir -p /mnt/cdrom sudo mount /dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom If that device doesn’t exist, try /dev/sr0 instead. Then run: sudo sh /mnt/cdrom/VBoxLinuxAdditions.run It’s normal to see a warning that the windowing system couldn’t be detected — that’s expected on a headless server and doesn’t stop the important parts (kernel modules, vboxsf) from installing.

  4. Reboot the VMsudo reboot This loads the new vboxguest/vboxsf kernel modules. After reboot, verify with lsmod | grep vbox — you should see vboxguest, vboxsf, and vboxvideo (or similar).

  5. Create the shared folder in VirtualBox settingsShut the VM down (or do this while it’s running if using the Devices menu). In VirtualBox Manager: select the VM > Settings > Shared Folders > add (+) icon. Pick a folder path on your Host, give it a Folder Name (e.g. share), and optionally enable Auto-mount and Make Permanent.

  6. Add your user to the vboxsf groupsudo usermod -aG vboxsf $USER Then log out and back in (or reboot) for the group membership to take effect. Without this, only root can access the shared folder.

  7. Mount the shared folderCreate a mount point and mount it manually: sudo mkdir -p /mnt/share sudo mount -t vboxsf share /mnt/share (replace share with the Folder Name you set in step 5). To make it persistent across reboots, add a line to /etc/fstab: share /mnt/share vboxsf defaults,uid=1000,gid=1000 0 0 Adjust uid/gid to match your Debian user’s numeric IDs (check with id).

Beurteilungskriterien

  • Tests 60%
  • Übungen und sonstige Mitarbeit (in der Schule und zuhause) 40%
  • Für eine positive Zeugnisnote müssen in den Kategorien Tests und Übungen positive Einzelergebnisse erzielt werden.
  • Eine getrennte Beurteilung (Theorie und Übung) ist nicht vorgesehen. Alle erbrachten Leistungen werden in die Gesamtnote eingerechnet.
  • SYTB ist ein Clustergegenstand und wird mit SYTE zu einer Zeugnisnote gemittelt. Für eine positive Zeugnisnote müssen beide Gegenstände (SYTB und SYTE) positiv absolviert werden.
